Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled from the dashboard any time before the job status reaches Completed. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority.

Worker cancellations

If an assigned worker cancels, the customer is notified immediately and a replacement worker search begins automatically.
